Hunting
Norway has a rich animal life, and thus a good basis for hunting.
State laws, however, regulate where you can hunt, what you can hunt, when you can hunt, and what weapons you can hunt with.
In addition, there are often separate rules for hunting on private land and Crown lands. Persons resident abroad do not have to take a hunting proficiency test providing they satisfy the criteria for permission to undertake similar hunting in their home countries.
The most popular hunting in the area is Grouce, Moose, and Reindeer.
